Shipping Policy

We deliver orders throughout Australia. Shipping availability and delivery estimates depend on the stock status of each item.

Processing and delivery times

• In-stock items held in our Australian warehouse: estimated delivery within 2–3 business days.
• Items not currently held in stock: estimated delivery within 7–10 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by the destination, carrier delays, public holidays, severe weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping costs

Shipping charges are calculated according to the specific delivery address and will be shown during checkout before payment is completed.

Order tracking

When tracking is available, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking details after the order has been dispatched.
